Benefit Night

Thank you for partnering with EYM Diner restaurants! We are proud to serve in our community!

Benefit Night consists of a 2-4-hour event at your local Denny’s restaurant, where 10% of sales will be donated to your organization/school. You will even be able to select the date of the event Monday thru Thursday. During these 3-4 hour events all members from your organization/school will need to mention the organization’s name and that they are coming to support the cause.

DONATION:

The donations given will be 10% of all PRE-TAX sales.

The donation will come only from all the purchases coming from the customers that mention your organization/school at that restaurant while ordering.

PAYMENT:

Your organization will receive a check within 4 weeks after the date of the event.

LIMITATION:

The minimum amount in order to participate is $300 of sales generated at the restaurant for that event, in order to receive 10% of sales.

Make sure you achieve $300 in purchases to be eligible.

Your organization is responsible for advertising Benefit Night as much as possible at that specific restaurant.

Advertisement options are: Flyers, newsletters, word of mouth, ads, posters, announcements, etc.

To calculate 10% of the Benefit Night transactions, there will be a key on the register that will be pressed every time someone mentions they come to support the event while ordering. The day after the event, a report will be generated to see how much will be donated based on the sales at the location you chose the event.

Benefit Night can be scheduled as often as you like Monday thru Thursday. Community Involvement Programs offer valid only in Florida and Dallas-Fort Worth at the Denny’s locations owned by EYM Diner of Florida and EYM Diner of DFW. Only 501c organizations and non-profit schools are eligible to participate in EYM Community Involvement Programs. Tax, gratuity, gift card and retail sales are excluded from the donation. Offer valid for dine and drive thru only. Void where prohibited.
